Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
At CherryKreation, we want you to love every piece you receive. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below:
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at [cherrykreation25@gmail.com] with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
♻️ Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.
We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Important Notes:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
