Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At CherryKreation, we want you to love every piece you receive. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please review our policy below:


📦 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please email us at [cherrykreation25@gmail.com] with your order number.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.


🔁 Returns

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.


♻️ Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need an exchange for the same item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

  • We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost where applicable.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


 Important Notes:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
