Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit. If cancellation is no longer possible, please refer to our return policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition
- Buyer pays return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described
- A full refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
