Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At HomeEase by ZZMore, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately at home_ease@zzmore.store with your order number.

 Returns

  • You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

 Exchanges

  • We gladly offer exchanges if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For size, color, or product preference exchanges, return the original item and place a new order once your refund/store credit is processed.

 Non-returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., cleaning cloths, opened kitchenware, or personal use items) cannot be returned once unsealed or used.

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
