Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At P&C AFROMART, we value your satisfaction and are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality African groceries to your door. Please review our cancellation, return, and exchange policies below:


 Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been packed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via the ZZMore messaging system, use the Inquiry functionality available in store or email.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products (including fresh food items), we do not accept returns or exchanges on grocery items unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, expired, or incorrect
  • The product was not as described on the product page

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond with a resolution, which may include a refund, store credit, or replacement.


 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.


 Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Perishable food items (fresh produce, frozen items, dairy, etc.)
  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without prior communication
