Service Warranty Policy
Bastovium Consulting delivers all services with professional care, in line with the agreed scope, deliverables, and timelines defined within the signed Statement of Work, proposal, or written agreement governing the engagement. All services are advisory in nature and are designed to support improved decision making and execution. Outcomes will vary depending on client implementation, market conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.
For the purpose of this policy, service delivery is deemed complete upon the earliest of the following: delivery of the agreed outputs or materials, conclusion of the final scheduled session, or written confirmation from the client that the service has been received. Where no response is received, delivery will be deemed accepted 48 hours after submission of final deliverables.
If you believe the service delivered does not align with the agreed scope or stated deliverables, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Upon review, and where the concern is determined to be valid, Bastovium Consulting will provide appropriate clarifications or a defined and limited set of revisions to address the identified gap. This does not extend to ongoing support, expanded scope, or unlimited rework.
All services are non refundable once delivery has been completed, except at the sole discretion of Bastovium Consulting.
This warranty applies strictly to the quality and completeness of the service delivered. It does not guarantee specific business, financial, or operational results, and does not apply where recommendations have not been implemented as advised.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bastovium Consulting’s total liability arising from or in connection with any service shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client for that specific service. Bastovium Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.
