Booking Policy

• All appointments must be booked in advance
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your slot
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before your appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

 Refund Policy

• Services already rendered are non-refundable
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduled on time

 Client Satisfaction

• We aim to deliver results you love — please communicate your preferences before or during your session
