ZZmore.Store Vendor Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement” or “MSA”)

1. Introduction
These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between ZZmore.Store (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and all vendors (“Vendor”, “Seller”, “you”, or “your”) who register, list, advertise, or sell products and/or services on the ZZmore.Store marketplace platform.
By registering as a Vendor on ZZmore.Store, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, applicable UK laws, consumer protection regulations, and platform policies.
2. Vendor Eligibility
To sell on ZZmore.Store, Vendors must:
Be at least 18 years old
Operate a legally registered business where required
Provide accurate business and contact information
Have the legal right to sell listed products or services
Comply with UK trading standards and consumer laws
ZZmore.Store reserves the right to request:
Business registration documents
Proof of identity
VAT registration details (where applicable)
Address verification
Bank/payment verification
3. Vendor Account Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate account information
Keeping login credentials secure
Ensuring product listings are truthful and lawful
Managing inventory and pricing accurately
Responding to customer enquiries promptly
You must not create multiple accounts to manipulate platform operations or avoid enforcement actions.
4. Product & Service Listings
Vendors may only list products or services that:
Are legal to sell in the UK
Do not infringe intellectual property rights
Meet applicable safety standards
Are accurately described
Are available for fulfilment
Vendors must ensure that all listings include:
Clear pricing in GBP (£)
Accurate descriptions
Product images that reflect the actual item
Delivery information
Refund and return information where applicable
ZZmore.Store reserves the right to remove or reject listings at its discretion.
5. Prohibited Products & Activities
The following are prohibited on ZZmore.Store:
Counterfeit or fake goods
Illegal products or substances
Dangerous or restricted items
Offensive or discriminatory content
Stolen goods
Fraudulent services
Misleading claims or false advertising
Vendors must not engage in:
Fake reviews
Price manipulation
Spam or misleading promotions
Transactions outside the platform intended to avoid fees
6. Orders & Fulfilment
Vendors are responsible for:
Processing orders promptly
Delivering products/services within stated timelines
Providing valid shipment or fulfilment updates
Communicating delays to customers
Failure to fulfil orders consistently may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
7. Pricing & Fees
Vendors agree that:
ZZmore.Store may charge a platform commission depending on the Vendor’s selected store subscription plan and service category.
Vendors are responsible for all applicable payment processing and transaction fees incurred through third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe and Klarna, particularly where customers make payments using credit or debit cards.
Additional subscription, promotional, advertising, featured listing, or marketing fees may apply depending on the Vendor’s selected services or requests.
ZZmore.Store reserves the right to amend platform fees, commissions, or pricing structures at any time, provided reasonable notice is given to Vendors.
Vendors remain solely responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT obligations, customs duties, regulatory fees, and statutory charges relating to their sales and business activities.
Payment settlement timelines, payout schedules, and applicable deductions will be communicated separately by ZZmore.Store.
8. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Rights
Vendors must comply with UK consumer protection laws, including:
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
UK distance selling requirements
Customers may be entitled to:
Refunds for faulty items
Replacement products
Cancellation rights for eligible online purchases
Vendors are responsible for handling customer complaints, returns, and refunds in accordance with applicable law.
9. Vendor Conduct
Vendors must:
Act professionally and ethically
Treat customers fairly
Avoid abusive or discriminatory conduct
Maintain good communication standards
ZZmore.Store reserves the right to suspend vendors who damage customer trust or the reputation of the platform.
10. Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and product content.
By uploading content to ZZmore.Store, Vendors grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to use, display, reproduce, and promote such content for marketplace and marketing purposes.
Vendors must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
11. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
Vendors must comply with applicable UK GDPR and data protection laws.
Customer information obtained through the platform may only be used for:
Order fulfilment
Customer support
Legal compliance
Vendors must not:
Sell customer data
Send unauthorised marketing communications
Misuse personal information
12. Platform Rights
ZZmore.Store reserves the right to:
Approve or reject vendor applications
Remove listings
Suspend or terminate vendor accounts
Investigate suspected misconduct
Monitor platform activity for compliance
Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided before enforcement action.
13. Limitation of Liability
ZZmore.Store operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and vendors.
We are not responsible for:
Vendor product quality
Delivery failures
Customer disputes
Vendor losses or lost profits
Indirect or consequential damages
Vendors remain fully responsible for their business operations and legal obligations.
14. Indemnity
Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZZmore.Store, its owners, staff, and affiliates against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal costs arising from:
Breach of these Terms
Customer disputes
Product defects
Legal or regulatory violations
Intellectual property infringement
15. Account Suspension & Termination
ZZmore.Store may suspend or terminate vendor accounts where a Vendor:
Violates these Terms
Receives repeated customer complaints
Engages in fraud or unlawful activity
Harms the platform’s reputation
Termination does not remove outstanding legal or financial obligations.
16. Changes to Terms
ZZmore.Store may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
