Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Order Cancellations
- You may cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- After 2 hours or once your item has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
- To request a cancellation, please email wholesale@zzmore.store with your order number and “Cancel Request” in the subject line.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Process

- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
- If approved, we will issue a return authorization and instructions.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once:
- The item is returned (if required), OR
- Verified by supplier via photos (for damaged or incorrect items)
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or warehouse address on the packaging. We will provide the correct return path if applicable.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after successful return processing.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time.
- If you received a wrong or defective item and prefer a replacement, please indicate that during your return request.
