Returns Policy
Due to the perishable and cooked nature of our food, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Issues with Your Order
If there is a problem with your order (e.g. incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern):
- Please contact us within 12–24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and details of the issue
- We will assess and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Subscription Meal Plans
For customers on subscription:
- Meals are prepared based on your selected schedule
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next delivery
- Late cancellations or missed deliveries may not be eligible for refunds
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Orders reported after the stated timeframe
- Food that has been partially or fully consumed
- Issues caused by improper storage after delivery
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
Storage & Consumption
- Meals should be consumed within the recommended time or stored appropriately (e.g. refrigerated)
- Reheating instructions (if applicable) should be followed for best quality and safety
