Returns Policy
Due to the perishable and cooked nature of our food, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Issues with Your Order
If there is a problem with your order (e.g. incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern):
- Please contact us within 12–24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and details of the issue
- We will assess and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate

Subscription Meal Plans
For customers on subscription:
- Meals are prepared based on your selected schedule
