Issues with Your Order
If there is a problem with your order (e.g. incorrect item, missing item, or quality concern):

- Provide clear photos and details of the issue
- We will assess and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate
Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

Subscription Meal Plans
For customers on subscription:
- Meals are prepared based on your selected schedule
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next delivery
- Late cancellations or missed deliveries may not be eligible for refunds
